Design Build Project with Trident Construction!

The Ladson Industrial Building 4 is a 220,000 sqft warehouse space with warehouse lighting, exterior lighting, site lighting, and 2,000 sqft office space.

ESC added panel boards, receptacles, and battery chargers to meet the customer’s needs.

The Ladson Industrial Building 3 is a 203,000 sqft warehouse space with warehouse lighting, exterior lighting, site lighting, and 2,000 sqft office space.

We are excited to be on the design build construction team with Trident Construction, RMF Engineering, and McMillan Pazdan Smith Architects.

ESC installed an underground 3,000a service and switchboard.

Current Projects

This project consists of power to a new well building that will house a 500hp pump to provide drinking water for the residents of Mt. Pleasant.

We were selected by the owner to design and install a whole building generator system for a local news station.

Completed Projects

Tenant improvements to include 10,000 sqft office space and training room and circuitry for HVAC in 90,000sqft warehouse.

We worked closely with MPW, 3rd Party Inspections, and electric utility companies to change service disconnect switches on 48 active wastewater lift stations.

Replacing all the sports lighting fixture on the football field.

2,500 sqft upfit of an existing shell space in West Ashley.

An existing covered area is being enclosed for additional storage and office space.

21,500 sqft 3 story school building and Fellowship Hall.

Restaurant renovation on Sullivan’s Island.

10,000 sqft upfit on College Park Road.
