My personal home was going through incandescent lite bulbs very few weeks. You had mentioned a new piece of equipment that could measure ground resistance while the power is still on. Sure enough, your equipment found a high resistance to ground and recommended installing a new grounding rod, which solved the problem.
Another challenge was when I took over the management and remodeling of an 40 unit apartment complex. Breakers were tripping for no apparent reason. ESC suggested running load tests on each apartment while using thermal imaging to find any hotspots. You corrected many problems and potential problems and wrote a letter stating what work you had performed. This letter was included in the marketing material for the sale of the complex. I believe contributed to a buyer comfort level and higher price for the sale.
A third challenge was when a 7 year old house lost lighting in some upstairs rooms. Resetting GFCI’s and panel breakers did not solve the problem. When your crew arrived, what seemed like minutes, you found where a wire nut had backed off the joining of wires causing the problem.
These 3 cases are only the unique problems, ESC has performed many repairs in a timely manner, with professional courteous electricians. Thank you for such great service and being available when needed.
